Parade will start on Commons, go down Main Street, Turn on 6th and back up Water Street.<\/p>\n

The parade will be held on Thursday at 6:00 PM in downtown Tuscumbia, Alabama. Your group must register online and be at check-in before 5:30 to be allowed to participate in the parade.<\/p>\n

Morning Yoga with Melissa DeOrazio, Spring Park, Tuscumbia<\/em><\/h3>\n

Before the chaos of the day begins, come join Melissa in the park for morning yoga.<\/p>\n

Melissa began practicing yoga in 2002 while living in Austin, going to a class on a friend’s suggestion. Being a singer, Melissa loved chanting mantras in the meditations and found the practice to be very transformative.<\/p>\n

In 2006, she completed a teacher training program, more as a way to deepen her own practice.\u00a0After moving to New Orleans with her husband Matthew\u00a0in 2007, she began teaching at various studios, as well as leading workshops with a focus on kundalini yoga, breathwork, mantra and music.<\/p>\n

Melissa has expanded her teacher training to include restorative yoga and has attended various workshops to continue learning and deepening her connection to spiritual practices.<\/p>\n

She is currently teaching yoga in The Shoals at various locations.<\/p>\n
